In day-to-day foreign trade, quoting, delivery dates, and time coordination are the three most demanding tasks. Zhuangxiangxiaozi has launched three free online tools that put cost estimation, holiday pitfalls, and FX/time coordination on one site. Open them in a browser and use them right away—no installation required.

1. International Trade Calculator

Entry: ../../trade-calculator-en.html

Use it to calculate EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, and DDP quotes, and export the results in one click as proforma invoice, quotation, and packing list PDFs.

Suggested workflow:

  1. Under “Basic Information”, enter the tax-exclusive cost unit price, quantity, and domestic costs; choose the cost currency (a default currency is provided based on the interface language); and enter the VAT rate and export rebate rate (on non-Chinese interfaces, the rebate is hidden and synced with VAT).
  2. For CIF/DDP, also enter sea/air freight, insurance markup, insurance rate, destination port charges, last-mile delivery, tariffs, and destination-country VAT.
  3. Switch between Incoterms tabs to view the summary price; use “Quote Currency” to convert the result into USD, CNY, EUR, etc. (default: USD). The proforma invoice/quotation will follow this currency.
  4. Payment terms, daily interest rate, and profit are adjustable; total price = Incoterm cost + financing cost + profit. The exported unit price is calculated from this final quote.
  5. Click “Proforma Invoice / Quotation / Packing List”, fill in buyer/seller and terms information, and export. Document fields are cached locally so you fill them in less next time.

Core FOB logic: use the tax-exclusive ex-works price + domestic costs, convert according to the VAT rebate difference, and then exchange currency. Domestic VAT is absorbed into the cost; for documents sent to overseas buyers, do not list China VAT separately. When exporting, it is recommended to enter 0 for the VAT rate.

2. Holiday Lookup by Country

Entry: ../../holiday-calendar-en.html

Ideal for scheduling shipping dates, booking factories, and setting meeting dates with overseas customers. It displays global public holidays in a calendar view. Data comes from Nager.Date and covers 100+ countries.

Suggested workflow:

  1. It opens on today by default; move forward and backward by month.
  2. Filter by country at the top (search and flag icons supported).
  3. On the right, see holidays coming up in the next 7 days, so you can avoid cut-off, customs clearance, and warehouse shutdowns in advance.
  4. The page supports multiple languages, making it easy for Chinese and international teams to share the same link.

Typical scenarios: before quoting an FOB Shanghai loading date, check holidays in China and the destination country first; before scheduling a Zoom call with a European customer, check whether it is a public holiday on their side.

3. Currency Converter and World Clock

Entry: ../../fx-timezone-en.html

It puts “currency exchange” and “time coordination” on one page: real-time conversion for about 28 commonly used currencies, plus a quick-reference table of common currency pairs; below is a clock for about 16 major trading cities. Exchange rates come from exchangerate-api and are cached locally for about 2 hours.

Suggested workflow:

  1. Enter an amount, select the source and target currencies, and see the conversion result immediately.
  2. Use the quick-reference table to scan common pairs such as USD/CNY and EUR/USD.
  3. Check the current time in New York, London, Shanghai, Singapore, and other cities—more intuitive for scheduling with customers and watching market opens.
  4. Use it with the Trade Calculator: check the rough rate outside, then enter the exact FX rate or change the quote currency in the calculator.

4. How to Use the Three Tools Together

A common foreign trade workflow can be:

  1. Holiday Lookup → set executable loading dates and meeting dates
  2. FX & Time Zone → coordinate time + estimate exchange rates
  3. Trade Calculator → generate FOB/CIF/DDP prices → export PI / quotation / packing list

All are available at zhuangxiangxiaozi.xyz and can be reached directly from the “Trade Tools” navigation; they also work on mobile, making quick estimates easy when following orders on the go.

5. Summary

  • Trade Calculator: manages “how much to sell for and how to issue documents”
  • Holiday Lookup: manages “which days you can move and which days not to schedule”
  • FX & Time Zone: manages “how much to exchange and what time it is now”

The three complement each other and cover high-frequency actions from quoting to pre-fulfillment. Try them out and let us know what capabilities you would like to see added (for example, more port holidays, historical exchange-rate curves, document template fields, etc.).
